I agree w/NedraI & tammyw It's critical for teachers where isolation is a problem. Easier to find critical mass w/similar interests.

I agree with many of the comments above. The value for me are the connections to the world outside of my school, answers to questions, new

resources shared, kind supportive words, some new thoughts and perspectives and a lot more
