My great grandfather passed away. I'm not terribly sad about, but I also didn't know him very well, so...

Honestly, (and I'm a little ashamed of this) I'm most upset that the funeral is going to mess with Kristine coming to visit me.

As I said to her yesterday, my lack of closeness with my great grandfather means that my sadness at his death

fails to outweigh my irritation at the wrench it throws in my works.

But She should still be able to stay with me, so it's cool.

That being the third crazy thing: MY GIRLFRIEND STAYING WITH ME FO A WHOLE WEEK

AND MEETING MY FAMILY, which I am super excited about.

My grandfather that passed away back in May was her husband, and this great grandfather that just died was her dad. So...
