sits beside her, digging into his food. He's fought through England's, this is miles better.\
considers it, then pushes her plate away. "This is mush. Mushy mush." Her mouth rather likes the sound of that word. "Squishy squidgy mush."
A giggle. Then a frown. "How can you eat it so happily? Flavorless."
heaves a sigh of relief when he locates her. " There you are Anya, I looked around the entire school for you." Nodding_
_politely to the Australian nearby.
"For me?" She looks up. "Oh, Mitya~ good to see you. Is everything alright so far?"
shakes his head a little chuckling at his sestra's antics." I'm doing quite well but I assumed you didn't bring your lunch again." He sighs.
shakes her head. "I can't cook for peanuts, you know that." She looks down at the congealing food on her plate. "But even peanuts are better
than this." She stands up. "How has it been here, braht?" She smiles.
nods. " Coming here is a bit of an interesting experience even for my age. I've brought lunch for you if you still wish to eat." He raised_
_ a small neatly wrapped box for her.
like he's invading a family moment. 'I'll have your school lunch if you won't,' he says, tugging the tray over to him before she can answer.
He nods politely to Dmytro.
blinks and smiles a bit at him. " I do apologize if I'm making you feel uncomfortable."
"Oh good," she says, taking the box from him. "These are the best." Then she smiles at Samuel. "You can have my lunch for the rest of the_
_term if you wish. I'm not eating that stuff ever again." She sat down and unwrapped the box. "Mm-n." Mitya's cooking wasn't bad at all~
rubs his neck a bit and sighs before seating himself down as well. " It's the usual, I hope it's not too bad for your tastes."
"Oh no," assured Anya. "You know I like the food you make." A mouthful, then another.
smiles a bit. " Just be careful. You don't want to end up biting yourself." He nods.
"That... won't happen," she said between bites.
Happy foodface.
just continues to stuff his face, rolling his eyes. 'You even got posh kids between the nations.'
like poking Sam, then thinks better of it. "You should've seen the Tsar's banquets." She sat back in her chair. "Looking at them was enough
to make you feel ravenous." She remembered a coronation party she'd attended once. Most of Russia's upper class had been present, and she'd
stared, wide-eyed, at the clothes, the jewels and the conversation. (Most of it French, of course.)
holds back his gagging. 'Sounds OTT if you ask me.'
blinks. "It was the norm back then." She took another mouthful. "A feast fit for the start of a new reign." She didn't mention how the
next coronation had been the last, and not quite as flashy.
never done any of that so he doesn't really understand it all. Nor does he really want to.
just smiles and watched quietly. He was glad his sestra was able to get along with others so well.
He knows little of the glarefests she'd gone through with Sakura and Arthur. But he needn't.
stuffs his face, soon standing up. 'Ta hun.' He nods again to Dmytro before meandering off so he can stop imposing on the siblings.
frowns a little at his leave. More company was always nice but he didn't like forcing others to do things they didn't like.
looked at him leave. "I guess he felt uncomfy. I can't blame him." And smiled down at the table.
...wonders if it was the tables fault then as he followed his sestra's gaze.
looked up. "Have you joined any clubs? I heard something about the choir~"
nods. " Yes, Evelin and I are currently part of the choral club."
smiled. "That's brilliant." She didn't mention how he'd become more of the student group than she'd ever be.
smiles a bit. " And what about you? Have you found any extra curricular activities to do?"
looks away and chews her food determinedly.
frowns. " Is something wrong Anya?" He was slightly concerned now. Actually really concerned.
"Of course not," she replied. "I'm okay, I mean." About joining in school activities - well, that too, but she wasn't saying anything.
