不一樣喔!整個過程還算滿意,不過要等最後的切面跟試吃才能評估到底這個方法好還是傳統的甩打法優(^_^)。

I think this method is perfect for beginners who don't have a mixer and have a lot of time. lol the crumb is nice and perfect for sandwich.
