know how to counter it

mahirap nga, considering you're on the low end of the priority scale

iirc general said you need to rely on Sakrua's combos, which means baiting the Ken to do something

and get them with a tight combo that they can't interrupt with a scrub shoryuken

and being a Ken player, there are a lot of times you can interrupt something by just spamming EX shoryuken

Well, once I get managed to land an EX Shunpukyaku on them I tend to confuse them with resets, but in the end they eat a huge chunk of

my health scrubbing with EX Shoryu
