I could be wrong, but it might have something to do with whether or not the folder is open in your inventory?

I've had it sometimes not let me "replace outfit" if the folder is closed, but then let me if the folder is open.

it seems to work more often now- i've never been able to find ANY consistency for when it will work or not when it wouldn't

I'm also on Pheonix, which for me works better than any other viewer. Seems like some stuff is more stable in this viewer on my comp

than it is on the official viewer or other 3rd party ones.
