have to get up when he hears someone knocking on the door. He tries to rub the sleep out of his eyes before opening the door. "Yo."

waves. "Hello. Ah, were you sleeping?" He asks.

"Ah." He was but he is not going to say that. "Come in." He will step aside to let him in.

steps in after him, nodding. "Well, I am sorry if I woke you."

"It's fine. Can I get you some tea or anything?" He closes the door once Yi Ling is inside.

shrugs. "Actually, I was hungry." He says.

"I like have tea." He isn't trying to offer tea again he simply means that he has no food... that is ready to eat.

nods at that. "Well then we can have tea for now." He replies.

nods and takes off his shoes, going inside to sit on the couch and wait.

looks over at him. He thought Yi Ling asked him to come over and see him before. "Ah well I didn't in the end so..." He shrugs.

shrugs. "You can visit us some other time." He says.

"Visit you and your rabbit?"

nods. "And Heung Lan, she lives there too, you know."

laughs a bit. "Ah, she's a rabbit now?"

tilts his head. "Could be. You provide her with a home, feed her... Well maybe not. You don't like bathe her right?"

shakes her, blushing a little. "She bathes herself, of course."

rubs his cheek. "Well, I don't think about her bathing...."

raises an eyebrow. "I didn't ask if you did but now I will assume that you think stuff like that. Probably."

shakes his head. "No, no, I never do, but you said it, and now I am...ahhh...." He covers his cheeks.

just watches him. This was like someone tripping over their own feet, just no comedic self harm. "Now you are ahhh? Interesting?"

seems to lean away from him. "I didn't know you saw yourself that way... but okay."

replies, "No, I mean...ack." He covers his face at that.

joking he knew what Yi Ling meant. So to end the guy's misery he says, "I understood."

shrugs. "I'm not sure. I'm sort of hungry." He says.

nods once. "I get you. So you should like take me out to eat."

sees the frown and disregards it. "You shouldn't go places without money. What if you like get into trouble and need to pay your way out."

shrugs. "I can call someone. Heung Lan always has money."

"And you would ask her for money?" He dismisses the question with a wave of his hand. "Let's visit teacher."

shrugs again at that. "If I was in dire need...alright."

merely nods hearing that. "You have spoken to him before right?"

shakes his head. "No, but, I do know my teacher."

doesn't know her but there was only one thing to ask. "And will that person feed us?"

shrugs. "She fed me last time. But she also asked be to become a baby."

stays silent for a moment as he decides they are not going to see her. "We'll see teacher."

nods. "Alright."

"Although maybe it would be too much trouble. I will have to decide." He sighs.

shakes his head. "No, no, I'm sure it's not trouble."

"...You don't really know him so you can't say that."

shrugs. "Yes, but, it is China. My China seems to like cooking and when I visit, doesn't yours?"

"Even if they like similar things you can't say you know a person based on that." He sighs looking away but soon is going to get his shoes.

sure that is true, unless of course it turns out China is not home when they get there. He gets his shoes on quick and opens the door.
