c'mon spinners; I literally don't know what's next. I have spun and plied 5 1/2 bobbins. What is the next step in the process? What do I do?

if plied, next step is to skein it off on a noddy or swift. crazy 8 tie it in 3spots (I use crochet cotton) then soak, thwack and hang dry.

then, if your like me, photograph, twist and let it hang in your stash because you can't figure out what to knit with it.

if you are not like me, ball up and knit something you love, being impressed that you made the product from fiber you spun

How do you thwack it?

I wring it out in a towel and then take it out side and swing it around. centrifugal force sets the twist. you can actually hit something

if you want, but it's not necessary.
