I'll gladly feed and booze anyone willing to come out and have a look at this mysterious box that is so foreign to me after turkey day!

What are the symptoms?

It has an XP error and keeps locking up when it boots and we dont have the key to reinstall XP from scratch.

What brand is the computer? Dell?

Compaq presario. Coupla years old but doesnt need to do much.
