They really don't leave a lot to do after you hit 50. It's kind of unfortunate.

There was some sort of solo instance where they threw me a big party and then I got my ass kicked.

Oh well, I guess this leaves time for me to get into The Old Republic.

I played it for 4 months in alpha and really enjoyed myself, but once the focus became grinding to death, all the fun was gone.

I LOVE Rift during the beta phase, it was a lot of fun, but once beta was over I just couldn't get into it the grinding is awful

I signed up again a couple weeks ago just to see if I liked it more than WoW at this point and nope, I'll be unsubbing again...highest toon

The killer was that there was really only ONE dungeon that you could level in from 43-47, so it got old really quickly.

Luckily, you get XP potions at 3 and 6 months, so I was getting a level every 2 dungeons or so. Otherwise I might not have made it.

I think their major problems is they seriously overestimated the amount of time that hardcore people would take to chew through their

content. 2 people in my guild were server 2nd & 3rd, then the more hardcore people broke off to form their own guild. They beat all the

content within 2-3 weeks. Trion kneejerked and made it like 1000% grindier for casuals to complete the content after that. To do outdoor

rifts, you had to spend like 50-100 man hours per rift you wanted to do. That's just ridiculous!

I was encouraged to level super quickly instead of taking it all in. When I did hit 50, all there was to do were the same dungeons over and

over, plus a bunch of grindy "holiday" events that involved doing the same exact shit with different names.

Sadly, I think in the end, I realized that maybe I'm just not an MMORPG person anymore.

I'm really back into WoW, I'm not a raider anymore than and never will be again probably. Sucked too much of my life & time...but I like

leveling and the new dungeons with 4.3 are nice. I'm just killing time till Diablo III is released

I'm defiant but I'm absolute crap at PvP

I never got to level 50 in Rift but so many people who started when I did managed to do it in a couple of weeks. LOL I felt so bad.
