Artwork rights would be retained by you. We would only want to use it in conjunction with the show.

Define the kind of offensive? Some things that are offensive to one person aren't to another. For instance - pornography doesn't bother me

at all, but blatant racism or glorified obvious sexism does

(well, i should qualify - some pornography IS offensive, but sex and nakedness are what I was getting at )

We have gratuitous puppet sex in this show if that helps.

Essentially, the concept is the Sisters Grimm are pitching shows to a Hollywood starlet and her agent.

The one sister gets fed up at one point and proposes the most offensive thing she can think of.
