We allow access for both students and teachers.

Teachers have access but students do not.

We used to block, but don't at all anymore. Open for students, teachers & guests. But I do block ads. Video ads get thru, but not pictures.

We use a Palo Alto PA500, but the process is similar to Lightspeed's product. You install an "identification agent" on a domain controller,

and it passes authentication information to the firewall/filter. The filter can use AD Security Groups to set policies. So I can

create AD groups for "web design" or "admin minimal filtering" and add users individually. At some point, you don't want to manage THAT many

profiles, so its a self limiting process, but it works.

We have Youtube...need it anymore for classes.
