Even if they were constructive, the thing to remember is that you are putting out a show and doing it for FREE, so they should consider

that before spewing out negativity

You won't make everyone happy, so don't stress yourself trying. Don't let one negative comment put you off kilter.

Just accept that in podcasting, as in life, not everyone will like you. It's actually pretty freeing to accept that.
