a tool for keeping a portfolio that allows for large (100 MB) uploads. We tried wikispaces which worked well until the files got too big.

Google sites? I went to a TIE presentation and she used google sites for her students to create portfolios.

You might want to consider "hosting" the files somewhere else (Dropbox or Google Docs for example)...

and then providing a link to them (or embedding them) in Wikispaces.

live binders has a 5 MB upload max. Not big enough for my needs.
