IDK WHY being judged by native speakers (and found lacking) is something that has happened to me that happened on a daily basis for like

two and a half years straight

And I am! I mean, we have Translation class four times a week. 2 sessions are Spanish to English translation and 2 for English to Spanish.

Every class, you have to show your teacher what you've translated and get comments.

I... get more corrections in E->S than S->E. orz MY HEAD SEEMS TO BE BACKWARDS, SINCE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Mostly awkward phrasing stuff. Teacher says my English tends to interfere with the way I word things in Spanish.
