not me. i'm not selling pictures and all of my product pictures have my signature so i have nothing to worry about.

Well even if it does have your name on it, according to their revised TOS it's still their property...just something to think about

especially those of us that have used facebook as a way of promoting our businesses. What gets me is the underhanded way they did it
i'm pretty sure by "their property" means they can use it for their promotional items? kinda what photobucket does by showing the images in

True..but what bothers me is the clause that if you delete your account, any an all content that you've added prior to that

their newsletter. they can't use my images to sell anything from my shops for their own profit. that would ruin their reputation at once.

True..but would you really want your photos used say..in a FaceBook commercial? I dunno..that deletion clause just bothers me
we'll se how it goes. i'm sure with people raising their concern they might be considering to change that clause.
