Teddie has found someone as derpy as he is! Yay! They're both super sensitive so when bad shit goes down it's nice not being the only one in

tears. Teddie totally wants to introduce Tsuna to Minako and other persona users and they can all make food together and have sleepovers

Balthier genuinely likes Charis. He likes people who are strong and independent as a rule, and Charis is no exception.

He gets the sense that she's under a great deal of stress right now- not entirely Underworld related. It seems to him it's all she can do to

keep it together

He'll lend his support in his own way. Take her out for a drink or something.

But yes, to him she seems a strong person who might need a decent friend in these dark times
