i don't really know anything about any of the characters so i probably shouldn't have an opinion but his looks & his voice just didn't work

for me.

Both of my Batman-crazed friends said they hated the voice. They couldn't take him seriously with the voice. It didn't bother me, though.

I haven't seen it because I'm tired of the endless Batman reboots

oh cool so it's not just me! i figured since i didn't even know who he was until this movie that maybe it was intentional.

It threw me off when I first heard it. It was distracting throighout the whole movie.

He's one of the coolest Batman villains in my opinion (and one of the most ruthless) so he's definitely worth looking into.
