把覺得不漂亮的櫻桃去籽...加上適量的石榴汁...桑葚汁...一點點蜂蜜...少許鹽巴...再加適量的水...熬煮冒泡...再勾芡...搞定櫻桃醬!

羊肩~~最簡當的醃料就用碎蒜頭...黑胡椒...鹽巴...按摩一下...包起來...之後下鍋用橄欖油中火煎...翻面後...轉小火...搞定!
