My hip is healing nicely, but the arm is going slower. Sleeping is awful, as I keep rolling over onto it and waking up with the pain.

I should have gone in yesterday to recover a disaster. I'm sure the disaster will be waiting for me tomorrow

in the end I decided I'd go to bed and therefore get up super early. The server was down, but as long as I had it up before 6 it was ok
