Slow happens everywhere. It's especially common to see (even in big games) as school is getting ready to start for a lot of players

to be fair it did just start up, and unless everyone's posting like twice a week there's not going to be that much activity

We're doing pretty good for a first month, really. Everyone is still probably doing stuff in the intro log

That's what I assume. If you have about 40-something apps, assume several of those will idle out, you're not going to have five posts a day.

Plus, if people idle/drop out because the game's slow doesn't really help XD

School started for me too. It was pretty bad timing

I suppose things will get better for this game and others once everyone gets adjusted to school and everything.

There's going to be ups and downs for the game. As long as enough people stick with it, it'll do just as well as other long-standing games

I'm not sure if it's normal since I've never been in a game when it started but I'd like to keep going too.

I guess as long as people keep going... although I worry about when I start uni. But I'm not dropping unless it's like 100% ground to a halt

i've been in games of varying starting sizes and this is about the speed/activity i expected given the number of people we have

I wouldn't know, being I never been in a game that opened on the first day before.

this is like the third time i've been in a game when it opens haha......

I'd definitely give it time to work out all the kinks at least.
