Is "Normal".

It depends on the dogs. We kennel ours at night. But they are usually up most of the day. But they also like their kennel they will lay

in it out of choice.

Ours are always kenneled when we are not home. if we are gone all day they get to sleep out of it at night though. 8 hours is normal and

fine if they are trained to be in one and are used to it.

we have a big one and put our dogs in it together so they can move around.

I think it is harder on bigger dogs for that reason.

She has a Huskie, and I can see kenneling it at night for at most eight hrs... But she is works FT therefore the dog would be kenneled

The majority of the day almost everyday and then again at night. I personally feel that on a rare occasion during the day it would be okay..

Especially if u let em out at night, but feels no dog on a regular basis should have to hold there bladder that long.
