get funded in 24 hours when there are charities etc that can use that money!!! over this too lmao

why did you buy that candy bar, eh? Why that pair of shoes you don't need? Why that high-priced car, when you could get by with something

thousands less? Why is one non-damaging thing a relevant expenditure and another one not?

I can understand the bitching, at least partially, but a part of me thinks it's dumb to judge people funding something they love.

Who says that the people funding a gaming project haven't also funded a charity?

people were complaining about how fast the HS game was being funded, and how Salvation Army never gets enough donations and I was like PLZ

I give on average about 50$ around christmas to the salvation army, on top of the wish trees, on top of the charity my store runs.

And frankly, if I want to spend thirty bucks to support a developer or creator I really appreciate, that's my own business and not up for

judgement.

And if someone else chooses to spend their money on something for themselves ... well, that wouldn't be the first time in history.

I think the main reason people bitch about things like this is to make themselves feel better, give them some sense of superiority.
