the iOS 6 download counter in iTunes reached 8 hours before I gave up.
A retry now shows actual download progress....still showing 2 hours though....
iOS 6 download and install completed on my work iPhone 4S....so far so good....
I started it in iTunes and gave up when I saw 20+ hours. It's creeping along on the iPhone, but I can't get a time estimate.
