That sounds very fishy.
That does not make sense. But any kind of 違障建築is bad 風水. I believe that. It is not pleasing to feel.
Including blocking out all windows in living room, i doubt that is good 風水. I never like you current house that much.
Your current house does not have good flow,or 氣. Although you last house is on busier street, I like it much more
But it doesnt hurt to get help from feng shui master of course.
