they're frequently used as a meat alternative in vegetarian burgers, and they're fantastic. they're especially good with gorganzola

that's what I've seen! mushroom burgers sound intriguing if it's not got the same sort of texture?

I'm not really a meat fan so I hugely appreciate them? they're great imo! they do a much better job than veggie burgers

tero and lumi love the soup. Tero's mom makes it often. Very creamy and probably really good if you like mushrooms.
