My shot has to be postponed to next week because of my stupidity

I am not supposed to take any pain medicine 48 hrs before the shot

But I was so painful yesterday so I took advil yesterday and this morning. I totally forget the pre-requirement

you just forgot. but what do you do next week if it really hurts?

I need to keep the drug off for two days, just lay down to ease the pain
