bought a brand new pair of "tactical" pants and wore them to a combatives seminar Saturday. Crotch ripped out 20 minutes in, leaving me feeling less than "tactical." 
so today I returned them, and the clerk says BDUs are "better for smaller guys" and leads me to pants with elastic waistbands!
