that's kinda what I got... they figured out most of it couldn't happen because Ozimals didn't have a case for owning the copyrights in the first place.

(i.e. the people who actually did would have to sue and the counter-claim would have to be against them instead.)

well kinda from what i understand Ozimals didn´t have full copyrights

and the case was trown out

and everything relating to it since it made no sense

And so time was waisted, where justice could be employed on real life cases instead!

when ever someone feels unjustice was made they have the courts to appeal
