dapat may required 5 leaves per year. 2 vacation and 3 sick leaves. kung witheld ng company, look at contract and then contact DOLE

well, I have no leaves (yet), but we can't file for leaves na daw for the in-between-the-holidays-dates (like dec 26, 27, 28-) :3

technically, we're contractual employees (stupid company). I think they're just doing this because it's the holidays, and most probably marami ang may planong mag-leave

it's probably because a lot of other teachers filed for leaves during christmas, so the company is preventing any additional leaves

Marge, don't compare your situation to other employees. You're one of their ideal employees, so unless it's stated in your contract specifically na bawal ka on these specific dates, you have the right to
