Way too many cute bags

quick question - and you may have already answered it for me before but I forget the answer - will a sweater fit in a large wedge bag?

catiecatknits: how large of a sweater? as in, how many yards of yarn and what weight?

the one I'm thinking of first is DK about 1600 yards, the second one is worsted about 1100ish yards

Catiecatknits: I'll make one this afternoon, stuff it with yarn and see what it holds and let you know. I think it will fit but don't want to guarantee without trying. I won't start your bag til you know.

Catiecatknits: I'm housing a sweater in a medium wedge bag right now and it is comfy. Granted, my sweater isn't huge yet, but it fits the sweater and two balled up skeins comfortably (w/ more room left).

lipsral: Thanks for letting us know! And a medium wedge bag will easily fit inside a large wedge bag. I'll still stuff it and see what I get though. I knew the stash would come in handy one day!
