hurries into the warm cafe and sighs with relief to be at her destination. A hot drink sounds great right now and after glancing over the menu board, she places her order. This would be totally worth it.

gets her drink and sits down, blowing on it lightly before taking a sip. Ahh, it was just what she needed. Now she could relax and think about what to do with the rest of her day.

about how she's ready for spring already. She'd really like to start a new little tomato garden this year. It would save her some trips to the grocery store.

stares up at the ceiling. For today though, she would do some shopping. She wants a new diary to write about her experiences here. That's all. It was important!

steps into the cafe. It was cold out and he wanted some espresso, dammit! He had spent the morning taking care of his new tomato plants, worried about how they were doing with the cold.

looks to the door when it opens with a jingle. It was Lovino?? She blinks and takes a sip of her drink. Maybe he wouldn't notice her.

notices her. He stares at her before going to make his order. He'd talk to her when he had something warm to drink and wasn't shivering.

stares out the window, pretending not to notice. Well, at least she felt warmed up now.

holds the drink, warming up his hands. He waits before walking up behind her. "Ciao."

glances behind her when he comes up. "Ciao. I didn't see you." Lie. "Cold out, isn't it?"

nods and sits across from her. "Too damn cold..." He sips at his espresso.

sets her cup down, "So... what are you up to today?"

shrugs. "I was defrosting the tomato plants earlier but I didn't have anything else planned."

brightens at the mention of tomatoes, "Oh! It'll be nice to have fresh ones!" She sipped her espresso again. "I was going to do some shopping, but it's not important."

tilts his head. "What were you going to go shopping for? I could join you."
