but its suggested you eat ALL food in the cafe area, but the "aromas" are the issue with hot food

well we have a whole huge foyer with a cafe, comfy seating, tables.. most ppl eat there but ya you ca bring in stuff as long as its not hot

what if it is lukewarm or was hot when purchased but has cooled naturally, is it the same rules as pasty tax?
