Oh, no! Workable short, or way-too-short?

We aren't willing to sink any more money into the house to make up for it. We are already killing ourselves to dump the house.

Hubby is now talking about moving back into it if the deal falls through. A short hour and a half commute each way will be the result. No biggie, lol.

That would be very unfun, but people do it here all the time, commuting to Pittsburgh. It's just so many more hours away from family.

He works at a minimum 12 hours a day already so I just don't see how it is possible to drive that as well.

He has threatened to pull out of the deal every bump along the way so far. I have talked him down each time so far.

This is going to be a big one for him. Obviously. It's discouraging.

This time it is really not in our hands. It's 3k short. We told our realtor that he and the other realtor should cut their percentages to make up for it.

Lol, yea, we know. If it blows up the deal, fine. We refuse to put more money in. The buyers or realtor can take a hit. I've told our guy how much we are losing and that we can't do more.
