We have had similar issues this school year. It is frustrating and makes me not want to try the things I usually do with kids.

JerryButler: it's lucky I don't know whom to blame. Everyone is passing the buck very effectively. Same result for me though. So tired of excuses--just fix it already!

So if they calculate the lost time from the slow internet - maybe that would help the bean counters understand..
