basically having Great CR Moments nets characters these blob possibly-crystal things of yet-unspecified appearance and composition

which do....neat shit....mostly advance the plot but also can be used to make really sweet gear if your character gets creative

they're basically plot tokens that you get for having threads that "fulfill" cr or have character development or are otherwise good feelsy threads

...or for getting into some really outrageous situation, the spirits do have a sense of irony

Then the question is, how does one objectively judge that a certain point in CR has been reached, and what about per-exisiting canon relationships

you submit a thread to a post and if it looks like it contains Feelings then we give the thumbs-up

the definition is pretty loose. characters can get them for Becoming Awesome Friends, they can get them for having a moment of sincerity between them,

for bonding over something, for smooching

just being friends doesn't make the runeblobs, it's Having A Friendship Moment that does it

...or an I'm-Coming-Out-of-My-Shell moment

or an Okay Now I Get Why You Want To Kill Me moment

No, but in terms of the Gratitude Crystals, it's basically the same thing. Link does something that makes someone ridiculously happy and they spout off these yellow spiky crystals.

also you can find them in random places at night, like they were just hanging out after leftover feels moment or something.

i keep thinking about how weird it would be if the runeblobs literally appeared when the Moment happened

they would interrupt so much dramatic shit and it would be hilarious

...but logistically it'd be kind of tough since you'd have to put your thread on hold to get the thumbs-up from mods

(not that i expect there to be much of a delay on our end, haha)
