something like 10 chapters through, and I will just say that

I expected this to be pretty standard "bestselling thriller of the week"

but it's narrated by two bad writers.

one thinks he's hot shit, one isn't really a real writer and still thinks she's hot shit

and then all the overly dramatic and artsy phrases become HILARIOUS when you realize this.

this is a quick and easy way to cover up your own flaws in writing...NO NEVER DO THIS

but yeah, I think it's actually intentional that these two are aware of their own narration and make it more deceptive that way

also to be horribly self-referential

this story is pretty much what happens if Kizawa and Sousan somehow managed to get married.

this is a terrible idea and at least one of them will die.
