black rose dragon's effects really confuse me and i should probably look up the actual text of the card to figure out what the hell aki is ever doing with it

okay so she can choose to destroy all cards on the field, but she doesn't have to
kinda like Rainbow Dragon, yep
although if you don't use the effect when it's summoned, you can't retroactively go back and use it
unless you destroy and re-summon
