This is somewhat canon such as the way he adheres to his own brand of justice but I also extend this to other things like an incredibly profound faith in the gods.

And like I wouldn't call him inflexible because he's shown as being adaptable in a lot of situation but he still holds really strong beliefs about the ways things should be

Rather I hope it's specific enough because that's kind of a blanket statement you can make about a lot of main characters and it's hard to convey the particularities I headcanon about Atem
