Ok blender you might have me frustrated because you subdivided one side but you won't the other but i will figure out why and kick your ass.....repeat 10 times every time it goes wrong

Cut off that side hit mirror modifyer yay!
unfortunately it's not a symmetrical shape on any axis so can't use the mirror modifier on this one
