Yes on Talisman and Black House...not sure on Doctor Sleep...lemme recheck the list he sent.

Yeah, Doctor Sleep is not on the list but the other two are. Are you interested? I believe they're hard covers (since he said everything he has is hardcover save for about half the DT series)

uhm i dont have money right now but im working on getting a job, if they're still not sold by then ill buy them off your friend
