I read that eating chia seeds in the long term can boost your energy level and do other good stuff for your body. It also makes you more productive. I'm trying it now. :-)

Actually, it doesn't have much tastes, but does have a specific texture to it. You'll c what i mean after you add it to your water and look at it half hour later. Lol
