In a blender you put half of whatever vegtables you want, then the other half you put fruits like pineapple, apple, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, papaya. The most important of the fruits is the pineapple
that takes away the taste of the vegetables. Then you either add water or orange juice(i prefer orange juice it taste much better). You mix it and you drink it. You can also add oatmeal.
