I feel like there is SO much stuff to do before AN. I need to print things out to attach to certain items, make an inventory list, spray bags & keep working on bags

I'm also worried they won't let us sit the rolling rack next to our table to display our clothes, even though there were people last year who did that

Like I'm afraid b/c they're new staffers, & they'll yell at us and oops how am I supposed to display literally half of our items now?

I also had a dream last night where I missed the time on Thurs. to set up for AA because I was showing Sophia Grace & Rosie around Chinatown??????

Actually, they're not new staffers. The two heads were both AA staff last year (and I believe maybe even the year before).

But I feel ya on the stress. I'm gonna start getting my inbox flooded to hell in the next week.

I still have to prepare the AA check-in list, I have to get the list of panelists who get full reimbursement so we give them the right amount of money, get a list of the models so they can get refunds,

make a schedule for my staff, see who else we're going to have working in the box office, find out if Sleeping Samurai will definitely be around where they were in the past, prepare the rest of the refunds

and then be ready to panic to all hell on Thursday, since apparently SIX of my staff won't be there.

No, they've been in the AA previously. I believe Chris was the second for the last two years. There were reasons for Mike to be head of AA last year over him when there was that late change.

Let's put it this way: If Mike, the guy who was in charge last year, was in charge from the start this year.... it would've been worse, I think.

Inyx was in charge for a few years previously. I used to support her, but then she pretty much tried to boss even the chairs around. And then came the last straw....

When she apparently created a thread on our boards for the specific purpose of ripping the AA at another con... and that con's chairman found it.

And she did so with her own username, with it listing that she was a member of our staff. Bob didn't take kindly to that and told her "You're off the staff. Immediately."
