Would it be weird of me if I said I prefer to buy hard copy manga volumes rather than downloading the individual chapters for free?

Having hundreds of folders of poorly scanned scanlations isn't the best way to read manga.

Wouldn't be weird at all. I definitely prefer having the books as opposed to downloading shoddy scans.

I can usually pawn manga off at Book Off, since I'm lucky enough to have one nearby in NYC and keep my manga in good condition.

There's an online bookstore in Australia that will pick up your books and resell them but I'm getting back on average less than a buck per book. Probably not worth it.
