Yay, I messaged knitpicks yesterday about my swift screw not working properly and they responded today that they will sent me a replacement screw. I know people are hating on KP, but I still love them.

I never had an issue until they lost my CC info and then didn't tell me. If, like Ravelry losing my personal info, they'd been up front about it, I'd still be fine with them.

LuckyLindey: I probably would feel different about them, if that had happened to me. I was one of the few lucky ones that didn't get their cc info stolen.
