The "big two" are Daiwa and Sushi Dai, meaning long lines. I think

We had "zuke don", head-part (tasty) part of maguro over plain rice. It was very very good. Not sure exactly which restaurant it was, but we definitely avoided the lines.

Isonoya is the place Arai san goes all the time and it wasn't too bad. The quality was superb.
