An egonomic chair or chair insert can help with the neck strain, also height of the screen, and tip head back not lean forward.

One of the reasons writing on paper is good is because your back curves. Of course the issue for those writers is hunchback.
Can't win either way. lol

I spend a lot of time stretching in the other direction so I don't get a hunchback! Pilates and massage also helps.
