what kind of footprint are you looking at?

i currently only have one contiguous parcel that hits that prim range (and it has a prim bonus of 1.75, so it's smaller than the equivalent on a 1x sim), but there are several parcels available. Feel free to

poke around Sylvan sim to check them out.

um.. Just big enough to rezz a skybox, actually I don't need but like a tiny cube to test the stream but we do need a small home too.

I can stand in one spot to change stream if possible but other than just that once - we wouldn't need stream access.
