So I got an email responce, it seems that even though they've had the website up for over 4 months with the dates being for Oct 26 & 27 THIS YEAR and being held at the Convention Center....
they are "waiting for a venue and date to come open. It APPEARS we are going to be August of next year!"
And I just got the week vacation time approved last Friday! Now there is nothing to do!
